The premise is simple - every person is a worthy individual who should be celebrated and is deserving of that celebration. If for no other reason than surviving in a world that is increasingly unfair and cruel.

We believe it is reprehensible for our country and especially leaders in our country, to micromanage food choices of individuals receiving food assistance. The reality is that people who look to restrict food assistance from purchasing 'non-essential' food, or who opine on what their tax dollars 'should be going to buy' are vile. The reality is that these people under challenge or stress aren't being punished enough.

These people don't care about their health, don't care about their struggles, just want them to feel bad for being food insecure - regardless of what they want to push out as their reasons.

How we can help

Our goal is to provide a free birthday cake or 'celebratory confection' to individuals challenged in our current economic climate. The idea is simple - you (or your children, parents, friends, acquaintances, neighbors) are all valued and worthy of celebration.

We understand that not everyone has the needed equipment or ingredients to bake a boxed cake, so we are working on providing options and will work with you to see how we can deliver for you. See below for our options!

Basic Needs

If you have an oven and other ingredients to make a box cake.

You'll Need: Water, Oil, 4 eggs, a baking pan, oven and something to spread the frosting and light the candles!
